All New/Current Collection pieces are made-to-order and will be shipped within 2 weeks of when the orders were placed. In-stock orders be shipped 3-5 business days after order is placed. Please keep this in mind when placing expedited orders. You will be notified via email once your order is shipped. Orders will only be processed on business days.
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses.
Free shipping on all orders over $200 applies to ground shipping only.
- USPS First Class: delivers 3 business days after processing.
- USPS Priority Mail: delivers 2 business days after processing.
- USPS Priority Mail Express: delivers the next business day after processing.
All orders placed after 1pm CST will start processing on the following business day; this includes orders with expedited shipping. We do not offer Saturday delivery.
Pre-Sale, Pre-Orders, and Custom Orders
Many of our newest arrivals are available for pre-order. If an item is not yet in-stock and is available for pre-order, the button will read "PRE-ORDER" and the date that the item is expected to ship will be just beneath the pre-order button. After purchasing a pre-sale or pre-order item, you will receive a confirmation email confirming your purchase. You will then receive another email when your item(s) are ready to ship.
For Custom Orders, you may purchase a style using the "CUSTOM SIZE" option. You will then be contact by one of our designers to create your custom size piece. Please have your measurements (bust, waist, hip, and height) ready for the customization process. Custom Orders take 4-6 weeks to be produced, not including delivery time.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
We have a 14-day return policy. All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. After 14 days we will not be able to offer you a return. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and tags. All hygienic liners must still be in place.
Only regular priced items may be returned for a refund. Sale items are final sale.
International orders are final sale. We do not accept returns on international orders.
To complete your return, please log into your account to place a return or contact us directly HERE. Please mail the return package to the address on the return form. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced returns.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If your item is defective or damaged, we will be happy to replace it with the same item in the same size. Please use our contact form on our Contact Us page to notify us about your defective or damaged merchandise.
For the Water has the right to refuse any returned merchandise that does not meet our return policy requirements.
